In line with ICIMOD’s new Strategy 2030, the #HKH2UAE campaign aims to promote the mountain agenda, ambitious climate action and the need for investment in the Hindu Kush Himalaya (HKH). Specifically, the campaign aims to:

Promote a unified voice of mountains and the need for regional and inter-regional cooperation
Ensure strategic engagements with negotiators to promote the mountain agenda
Strengthen partnerships and identify potential collaborations with stakeholders
Promote action and investment in the HKH on climate adaptation and resilience
