On 23 April 2015, Anil Kumar Jha, Information Resource Associate from ICIMOD, presented a Webinar on HIMALDOC: A one-stop portal for Himalayan information resources. HIMALDOC is based on Invenio software and was developed by ICIMOD as a regional repository of information resources on sustainable mountain development issues and a platform to link Himalayan University Consortium libraries. The session was joined by 37 people from different parts of the world including researchers, librarians, information management specialists, and software developers. It was organized by Agricultural Information Management Standards (AIMS) and co-sponsored by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), CIARD, Instituto Interamericano de Cooperación para la Agricultura (IICA), and ICIMOD.
