ICIMOD is looking for a Consultancy for Development of Inclusive Action Plan for Air Quality Improvement in Bangladesh’s Small & Medium Steel Re-Rolling Mill and Rice Mill Sectors. The proposal should consist, but not be limited to, the following elements:

1. Overview of the Consultancy Firm (Profile, expertise, legal charter, and renewals)
2. Technical Proposal (Methodology/Approach, Timeline, etc.)
3. Financial Proposal

The proposal must be sent electronically to consultancy.int@icimod.org no later than NPT 6.00 PM, 31 March 2026.
