ICIMOD is looking for a consultancy service to design and develop comprehensive, gender friendly and socially inclusive sectoral plans for establishing and effectively implementing Clean Air Zones (CAZ) in three selected sites of Bhutan with meaningful engagement of diverse stakeholders.

The proposal should consist, but not be limited to, the following elements: 1. Overview of the Consultancy Firm (Profile, expertise, legal charter, and renewals) 2. Technical Proposal (Methodology/Approach, Timeline, etc.) 3. Financial Proposal
The proposal must be sent electronically to Consultancy.int@icimod.org no later than NPT 6:00 PM, 25 October 2025.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals received without providing any reason whatsoever.
