ICIMOD invites sealed bids from reputable and qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of servers and related IT components to its headquarters. Detailed bid guidelines are available upon request from the ICIMOD Procurement Office.
Interested suppliers may obtain the bid document from the ICIMOD Procurement Office by sending a request via email to procurement@icimod.org with the subject line “Regarding supply and delivery of servers to ICIMOD.“
Sealed bids must be physically submitted to the ICIMOD Headquarters by 4:00 PM (Nepal Standard Time) on 30 May 2024.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without providing any reason whatsoever.
