The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is looking for a Consultancy firm for the development of: “Inclusive Construction and Road Dust Management Policy and Regulatory Framework for Punjab, Pakistan”. To provide you more details of the assignment, please access the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be downloaded from the link below.

The proposal should consist, but not be limited to, the following elements:

1. Overview of the Consultancy Firm (Profile, expertise, legal charter, and renewals)
2. Technical Proposal (Methodology/Approach, Timeline, etc.)
3. Financial Proposal
