The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) invites sealed bids from qualified and interested suppliers to supply, install and configure smart and state-of-the-art block-wise access control/attendance system at its headquarters in Khumaltar, Lalitpur.
The system shall include automated doors at its different blocks and shall be able to centrally track staff movement from each access/exit point.
Interested parties can contact ICIMOD’s procurement unit for detailed information.
The completed and sealed bid should be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Unit by 4:00 PM on 30 November 2021.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
