My role as the Senior Human Resource Associate is to support our performance appraisal system and our staff orientation programme, to organise institutional training and to support human resource functions like recruitment and selection as well as human resource administration.

I am passionate about travelling, meeting people and am keen to learn new things.
My qualifications
I hold a Masters’ degree in management with a specialization in human resource management. Within ICIMOD, I have about 8 years of experience in different human resource functions. Before working with ICIMOD, I worked with different private and non-profit organisations including the Nepal Ekarat Engineering Co. Pvt. Ltd (NEEK), SNV Nepal, and Standard Chartered Bank Nepal Ltd.
