My role at ICIMOD

As an intern with the Strategic Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit my responsibilities include updating the online reporting system for tracking progress, collecting records of evidence on outcome and impacts, and consolidating systematic reports.

How do you protect the pulse of the planet?

A:

I spread the narrative of protecting the pulse of the planet through various online platforms. I aim to publish articles on mountain-related issues from an international relations perspective, highlighting the importance of the HKH region.

What is your favorite part of the work you do at ICIMOD?

A:

I am very much delighted with the positive working culture with a diverse group of people. I am confident that the working environment will help me sharpen my skills during the time I will be here are at ICIMOD.

A:

I like data analysis and carrying out qualitative research, both field and desk-based research.

My qualifications

A:

I have a Master’s degree in Sociology. Also, I was an Erasmus Mundus scholar during my Bachelor’s degree study in International Relations at the University of Warsaw, Poland. I have worked as a freelance consultant, writing evaluation reports and analyzing data before joining ICIMOD.
