The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to invite interested contractors/suppliers for supply and installation of the following at its Headquarters:
The other details and the proposal submission procedure are outlined in the RFP document, available from ICIMOD Procurement Office upon payment of NPR 2,000 for each of above works (non-refundable) from 2–4 pm on ICIMOD work days.
The filled in RFPs for above two works should be submitted to ICIMOD Procurement Office in two separate sealed envelopes marked ‘Supply and Installation of Acoustic Interiors’ or ‘Supply and Installation of Cafeteria Terrace Roof Cover’ by 5 pm, 31 October 2018.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
