As per 2017 approved plan, KSLCDI, together with RECAST/TU and the Ministry of Forests and Soil conservation (MFSC), has aimed to build the capacity of ILCs, government authorities, on implantation of ABS and benefit sharing mechanism. Building on KSLCDI learning,  this four days training of trainers (ToT) is planned for Government officials targeting the district forest officers, protected area wardens, and regional forest training centre staff in province number 7 of Nepal.
