ICIMOD is looking for a Consultancy for Development of Inclusive Action Plan for Air Quality Improvement in Bangladesh’s Small & Medium Steel Re-Rolling Mill Sector.

To provide you more details of the assignment, please access the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be downloaded from the link below.

The proposal should consist, but not be limited to, the following elements:

1. Overview of the Consultancy Firm (Profile, expertise, legal charter, and renewals)
2. Technical Proposal (Methodology/Approach, Timeline, etc.)
3. Financial Proposal

The proposal must be sent electronically to Consultancy.int@icimod.org no later than NST 6.00 PM, 16 March 2026.
