Request for Proposal (RfP) for Retainer contract: consultancy firm for digitisation of e-course

The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is seeking a qualified consultancy firm/company to support the digitisation of its e-learning content on a retainer basis, ensuring that courses are interactive, accessible, and aligned with international best practices in online learning.

The proposal should consist, but not be limited to, the following elements:

1. Overview of the consultancy firm (Profile, expertise, legal charter, and renewals)
2. Technical proposal (Methodology/Approach, Timeline, etc.)
3. Financial proposal
