The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) is issuing a request for proposal (RFP) to invite qualified and interested contractors/suppliers for the design, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of an air-conditioning system in the new annex building at the ICIMOD headquarters in Khumaltar, Lalitpur. ICIMOD expects an environment-friendly and energy-efficient air-conditioning system for the building. Interested parties can inspect the site between 10:00 AM and 12:30 PM during ICIMOD work days by 20 February 2020.
Bid documents may be purchased from the ICIMOD Procurement Unit for a nonrefundable fee of NPR 2,000 on ICIMOD work days between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM from the date of first publication of the notice until 20 February 2020.
The completed bid document should be submitted by 4:00 PM on 28 February 2020 to the ICIMOD Procurement Unit. The detailed bidding information is available in the bid document.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the offers without giving reasons whatsoever.
