Funded by the Australian Government’s Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), HI-GRID is a four-year initiative (May 2023 – April 2027) being implemented across four selected watersheds in Nepal’s Lower Koshi Basin. The evaluation will provide an independent, impartial and objective assessment of project’s progress, challenges, and lessons learned, and offer practical recommendations to optimize implementation during the remaining project period.

The primary audience for this evaluation includes ICIMOD management, project staff, municipal governments, implementing partners, and DFAT, all of whom will use the findings to inform strategic planning, strengthen implementation, and enhance Gender Equality, Disability and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) focused and community-driven outcomes.
