Following old vehicle and old office equipments of this Centre are on sale to the highest bidder on as is where is basis :
The vehicle/equipments can be inspected at ICIMOD’s premises from 9-13 October 2017 (on ICIMOD work days), from 10 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The sealed bids along with the receipt of the deposit of the refundable earnest money from the ICIMOD Finance Office must be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Office by 12:30 pm on 13 October, 2017.
The other details will be mentioned in the bid document, which is available from ICIMOD on payment of non-refundable Rs. 1,000.
The earnest money for vehicle and each group of equipment is Rs. 5,000. Details will be given in bid document.
Opening of the bids will be held on 13 October, 2017 at 2.00 p.m.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received without giving reason whatsoever. The vehicle/equipments once sold will not be returnable.
