ICIMOD and CEAPRED’s Climate Smart Villages, a pilot across four villages in Kavrepalanchowk in Nepal, have been shortlisted for a Best Climate Practices Award under “Climate Change and Water Availability for Food Production”. Winning this award would mean access to a purse of €10,000. If successful, the entire prize money will be handed over to the four villages to support recovery and reconstruction efforts.
