I worked as an SSA staff from 1994 to 2003 and was mainly responsible for collecting meteorological data and soil erosion data. Since 2004, I have been working as a Knowledge Park Assistant. I assist in day-to-day activities at the Knowledge Park including entertaining visitors and facilitating trainings for farmers and organizations.

How do you protect the pulse of the planet?

Through my work, I promote technologies and solutions suited to the mountains that contribute to protecting the environment and improving the livelihood of rural communities.

What is your favourite part of the work you do at ICIMOD?

I enjoy working with the Knowledge Park team at Godavari, and carrying out various activities there.

What are you passionate about?

I am passionate about sports, hiking and doing social work for local communities.

My qualifications

I have a School Leaving Certificate (SLC) from Everest Secondary School, Lalitpur district.
