ICIMOD is issuing a request for sealed bid from interested furniture suppliers to supply and deliver Conference Chairs for its new Conference Hall. The details of chairs are as follows:
Your bid should indicate details of the chairs (brand/model/specs), unit cost/total cost, delivery time, warranty terms & payment terms. Please also include colour photos of the chairs with the bid. The quantity may vary at the time of order.
Please send your offers in a sealed envelope together with copies of your firm and VAT registration addressed to ICIMOD Procurement Office, by 10 September 2018, Monday, 5 pm.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
