The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) invites sealed bids from interested Construction Contractors registered in Nepal for the civil works construction for a new landscape design at ICIMOD Headquarters Complex in Khumaltar, Lalitpur, Nepal.
Bid documents may be purchased from ICIMOD Procurement Office for a nonrefundable fee of Rs. 3,000, Monday through Friday (9:30am-12:30pm) on ICIMOD work days from the date of first publication of the notice until 8 January 2018, 12 noon.
The bids must be accompanied by a bid security of 2.5% of the total bid amount valid for 60 days from the opening date of the bid.
The completed bid document should be submitted by 8 January 2018, 4 p.m., to ICIMOD Procurement Office. The sealed bids will be opened by ICIMOD on 9 January 2018, 11:00 a.m. in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who wish to attend. The absence of any bidder will not affect the opening of the bids. The detailed bidding information are available in the bid document.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving any reason whatsoever.
