The International Centre for Integrated Mountain Development (ICIMOD) invites sealed proposals from eligible and experienced travel management service providers registered in Nepal to provide end-to-end travel management services (Travel Desk) for ICIMOD.
The selected service provider will support ICIMOD’s Travel and Hospitality Unit by delivering comprehensive, efficient, and cost-effective travel services, including domestic and international air ticketing, hotel bookings, visa facilitation support, travel insurance, and related travel logistics, in accordance with ICIMOD’s policies and donor compliance requirements.
The bidding document may be purchased from the ICIMOD Procurement Function for a non-refundable fee of NPR 5,000 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 05:00 pm) until 06 February 2026. At the time of purchasing the bidding document, interested firms must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) along with copies of the firm’s registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, and the latest tax clearance certificate.
Interested bidders must submit separate sealed technical and financial proposals, clearly marked ‘Proposal for provision of Travel Management Services (Travel Desk)’.
The completed proposals must be submitted to the ICIMOD Procurement Function, Khumaltar, Lalitpur, Nepal, no later than 13 February 2026, 5:00 pm (Nepal Standard Time). Late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
ICIMOD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
