ICIMOD is looking for a consultancy service for A Synthesis of Existing Knowledge on Black Carbon in the Hindu Kush Himalayan Region, Including Status Evaluation, Gap Analysis, and Recommended Improvements.
To provide you more details of the assignment, please access the Terms of Reference (ToR), which can be downloaded from the link below.
The proposal should consist, but not be limited to, the following elements:
1. Overview of the Consultancy Firm (Profile, expertise, legal charter, and renewals) 2. Technical Proposal (Methodology/Approach, Timeline, etc.) 3. Financial Proposal
The proposal must be sent electronically to consultancy.int@icimod.org no later than NPT 6.00 PM, 2 February 2026.
