Chetan Agarwal

Chetan Agarwal is an independent Forest and Environment Analyst and a
Senior Fellow with the Centre for Ecology, Development and Research
(CEDAR). He works on analysing and mainstreaming ecosystem services using
a variety of instruments including incentive-based mechanisms, zoning, tenure
and community and public investment, in the face of climate change. He has
undertaken projects focusing on promoting watershed services in the HKH

region, particularly in Himachal Pradesh and impacts on diverse stakeholders.
