Mr. Pradip Shakya, is not a new name in the field of photography; he has been an active professional photographer for the last two decades. He is also known as the man responsible for making Lalitpur Durbar Square a world heritage site, famous in the international arena.
Mr. Shakya has participated in numerous photographic contests and exhibitions. He has received more than 10 national and international photographic awards including the 15th Asia and Pacific ACCU Photo Contest 2001 Prize for Excellence (Japan). He has served on a number of judge's panels, including for the "Nature through lens 3" photography exhibition held in Kathmandu from 15-18 June 2007.
Mr. Shakya is associated with various press clubs and photographic societies, and is a Life Member of the International Freelance Photographic Organization, USA.

Mr. Kishor Kayastha
Mr. Kishor Kayastha is a photographer who has captured to perfection almost every aspect of Bhaktapur, his native home. Born in a family of photographers, he took his first professional shot at the young age of nine.
He blends his technical photographic knowledge and artistic feeling to create his striking photos. He plays a lot with different shades of light to make his pictures simple but magical.
Mr. Kayastha held his first solo photo exhibition on 'Images of Bhaktapur' in 2001 at the Park Gallery in Pulchowk. This won him many accolades and spurred him to even greater activity. He has since mounted major exhibitions on ‘Life through the lens’ in 2005 and ‘Larger than life’ in 2007, both at the Indigo Gallery. He adds, "My photographs are all about harmony, perspective and rhythm, and this combination has worked wonders for me."

Mr. Raju Bhandari
Mr. Raju Bhandari is a freelance professional photographer based in Kathmandu Nepal. He was born in July 1965 in Kathmandu. After completing his school education in his hometown, he went to Bombay, India for further education.
Introduced to photography twelve years ago, he has been a full-time photographer for the last nine years. His works include industrial, commercial, food, landscape, and fine art photography. For him, photography is the language of light; he believes in making pictures not taking pictures.
Over the years, Mr. Bhandari has built an impressive collection of photos form the country ranging from landscapes and festivals, to monuments and portraits. One of his images was recently published in the American Himalayan Foundation and National Geographic Society book 'Himalaya'.
